Electromagnetic tooth couplings

Gear couplings transmit high torques and enable complete drive separation.
Their applications range from speed range switching in machine tools to drive connections in heavy equipment. Newly developed backlash-free gear couplings enable the positioning of rotary tables, tool turrets, paint rollers and other machine parts via the NC control system.

Electromagnetic multiple-disc couplings

With their variety of designs and technical concepts, multi-disc couplings are universally suitable for drive solutions.
The range includes maintenance-free couplings as well as couplings for switching cycle, control and feed movements. Depending on the requirements, the discs are made of heat-treated steel or with a sintered or friction lining. Typical applications are Gearboxes of all kinds, main and positioning drives, Power Take Off (PTO) or winches.

Electromagnetic multi-disc brakes

Brakes are generally used to hold or decelerate loads in drive systems. Spring-applied versions are important for use as safety brakes to protect against the consequences of a power supply failure and because of their extremely short application times.

for high-performance switching with adjustable pole air gap and various special designs. Particularly suitable for use with combustion engines.
